How the Creative Teachers Acquire the Learning Target

The advancement of science forces teachers especially English to dig up their creativity in teaching students. That aspect opens wide opportunities to the teachers to use it as a supporting element in teaching. In our opinion, we can call teachers as creative teachers if they have abilities in constructing the material every time they teach their students. Furthermore, they are able to cover up all of the materials which they teach by orienting to curriculum and mix them up with their interesting media (www.helium.com). Therefore, creative teachers give big contributions in achieving every single material target. In this case, the learning target that we mean is not only about getting good marks in their examinations but also obtaining the knowledge holistically. In this essay, we will explain more on how the creative teachers result in accomplishing their instructional targets.   
Firstly, we will deal with the direct effect which is made by creative teachers. As stated in the previous paragraph that the creative teachers are those who have abilities in constructing the material every time they teach their students. By orienting to curriculum, the creative teachers will be able to make an interesting method to teach their students. The creative teachers have capability to create the right approach based on the students’ condition. For example, elementary school students who still like playing around the right approach which can be used is interesting media such as games, songs, and so forth. Therefore, by using the right approach, the creative teachers will be able to deliver the material as interesting as possible.
Secondly, we are going to know the impact if the teachers can deliver their materials interestingly. In this case, interesting materials are not only considered from the teachers’ sides but also the students’. The creative teachers are able to decide what method which is suitable for their students’ condition. Surely, a suitable method will make the students feel more comfort in the class rather than an unsuitable one. Elementary school students will keep paying attention in the lesson if the teaching method which is presented by the teacher is interesting. This situation makes them easily enjoy studying the lesson.
Thirdly, let us have a look at the effect if the students enjoy the lesson. Students have their own expectation when they come to class. They come with expectation that the lesson which will be studied is not boring and enjoying. This is why the teachers play important role. The function of the teachers as facilitators enables them to create good atmosphere to their students. Thus, we can infer that actually the teachers should have abilities to create good atmosphere in the class so that the students will be engaged to it with big enthusiasm. As a result, the students will easily accept and comprehend the lesson. Therefore, the target that they will not only get a good mark in the examination but also can get the holistic knowledge can be accomplished.
In conclusion, we can interpret that actually becoming creative teachers can affect the instructional target. In this case, creative teachers are able to construct the material whenever they teach as interesting as possible. Additionally, if the teachers have constructed the materials interestingly, the students will enjoy studying it. Students who have interested in a lesson will study it without any force so that they will easily comprehend the lesson. As a result, the learning targets which have planned before can be accomplished. To make this essay can be applied well, the teachers should observe the students’ condition so that the teachers can find the right approach.
